GLAZED CARROTS

18 small carrots, washed, scraped and cut
3 T butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup boiling water

Put the carrots into a casserole dish.  Cream together the butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon.  Stir in the boiling water and pour over the carrots.  Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour or till the carrots are tender.
