Saginaw Police Investigate Homicides

Saginaw homicide detectives are looking for suspects after two city murders in two days. Officers responding to reports of a shooting at Bundy and Gilmore Streets Monday afternoon found Stan Kelse of Saginaw y lying near the side of the road.  The 36-year-old Saginaw man was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators were trying to determine if Kelsey was shot at the scene on Saginaw's south side or if his body was left there.

Meanwhile, detectives say a 39-year-old Saginaw man found early Sunday has died of gunshot wounds. William Parham, Junior, was found near the corner of 6th and Janes Sunday night.  He died about 6:30 Monday night at a Saginaw hospital.

Anyone with information about either murder can give the Crime Stoppers tip line. The anonymous information could lead  to a reward.
