Two employees at Hemlock Semiconductor in Thomas Township inhaled fumes when a break in a two-inch pipe caused a vapor release on the site Friday afternoon. The release happened about 1 p.m.,  and was contained to the site.

One worker was treated and released on site, while the other was treated and released from a local hospital. HSC emergency personnel responded immediately, removing employees and contractors from the affected area.
