ZEHNDER'S CRANBERRY SAUCE

1 lb Northern spy apples, cored but peel on
1 lb cranberries
2 c sugar
2 navel oranges with peel

Freeze the cranberries.  Put half the apples and half the cranberries in a food processor.  Chop then repeat with the rest of the apples and cranberries.  Chop the oranges separately in the food processor.  Add the sugar to taste and chill several hours or overnight.
